This registration form is the first step in order to register for the nutrition challenge.  Please spend some time thinking about the reason you are joining the challenge.  We hope the answer will be something more impactful than I want to lose 10 pounds.  Why do you want to lose 10 pounds?

Once you submit the form 2 things will happen.  You will be redirected to another page with more information and helpful links to the apps we will use and social media pages to get you ready for the challenge.  You will also receive an email confirming the submission as well as the next steps. If you don’t receive an email please check your spam folder!

Once the registration fee is paid you will be provided a link via text message in order to join the challenge within the Wodify Rise phone app.
