Twice per year we conduct group fitness & nutrition challenges to provide a more affordable introduction to creating habits that work for you. It's always more fun to have a support system to do this together with.

Many of our challenge participants have a positive experience and decide they want to hire us to work with them as their personal nutrition coach to continue to achieve their goals. As your 1 on 1 nutrition coach we are able to work with you and your needs to overcome your specific nutrition challenges.
